We will tell you if any product or service recommended is not regulated by the FCA.

We are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We introduce clients to a financial services network who maybe regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and are able to provide financial advice on certain financial matters.

Your buy to let mortgage will be deemed as ‘business’ as you are either buying or buying to Let, remortgaging a property which has been acquired with the intention of letting it out.

Any Mortgages advice and recommendation that may be provided in respect of your buy to let mortgage requirements is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Consumer Protection

We do not provide advice to customers but we refer customers to financial advisors via a large financial services network within the United Kingdom who can provide financial services and advice on different financial matters. Please request confirmation from your financial adviser about how you are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).

Generally this means that you may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if the company who is covered by the scheme cannot meet its obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.

Mortgage advising and arranging is covered up to a maximum limit of £85,000.

Insurance advising and arranging is covered 90% of the claim, without any upper limit.

Buy To Let Mortgages do not receive the protection of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)
