Why is this so cheap?

People wonder how we can do this for less. As our main source of income is from financial services, we are not reliant on this service to maintain our business. This allows us to provide a letting service at a lower price. Offering clients a little extra.

Recent tax changes and the increase in other expenses on buy to let property have made this product highly popular.   2. Including the rental amount they want to achieve.
  3. We can provide online comparables on the achievable monthly rental. For an additional fee.
  4. The property will be marketed on major property portals.
  5. Enquiries will arrive via text and email.
  6. The landlord will deal with viewings and negotiate the tenants terms direct.
  7. Tenant enquiries will continue to arrive, for upto 4 months if required from our website.
